SSLBind (operated by Kreate Technologies LLC) helps you issue SSL/TLS certificates for domains you control. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, optional phone, and password hash.
• Billing data: wallet balances, Wayl payment references, and order amounts — not full card numbers.
• Certificate metadata: domains on orders, challenge type, issuance status, and expiry.
• Technical logs: IP, user agent, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

• Create and manage your account and wallet.
• Issue certificates via ACME (Let’s Encrypt), including domain validation challenges.
• Store downloadable certificate files for your orders and send expiry reminders.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

Private keys & certificates

Certificate material for your orders is stored so you can re-download files from your account. Protect your account credentials. If you lose a private key and no longer have a download, you must reissue a new certificate.

We do not sell certificate private keys. Access is limited to authenticated account owners and system processes required to deliver the service.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run SSLBind — for example payment providers (such as Wayl), hosting infrastructure, and the Certificate Authority (Let’s Encrypt) during ACME validation. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for accounting, security, and legal obligations. You may request account closure by contacting us.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, session controls, and access restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; keep your SSLBind password unique and enable good device hygiene.

Your choices

• Update profile details from your account where available.
• Request a copy or deletion of personal account data by emailing privacy@sslbind.com (subject to legal retention requirements).
